Car Rental With Driver

The terms and conditions set out below form part of the Rental Agreement (RA) between the
Company in the RA (“Us”, “We”, “Our”) and the Hirer (“You, “Your”) to hire the vehicle identified in the
RA (Vehicle). Hirer means the person/company named in the RA as the Hirer and any
person/company who provide us with a payment or authority of payment in any form acceptable
to us. In hiring the vehicle, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms
and conditions. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as given to those terms in the RA. Details
of terms & conditions will be applicable as per the deed of agreement which will be made by both
the parties.

1. For Company use (with or without driver) by daily/weekly/monthly or yearly contract.
2. Personal use (with or without driver) by daily/weekly/monthly or yearly contract.
3. For any special events we o er special packages according to our client requirement.

Anywhere in Bangladesh, we cover 8 division, 64 districts and 491 sub-district or Upazilla in
Bangladesh.

Payment will be made A/C payee cheque in favor of “SMART CARS ASSOCIATION” as per USER
company payment policy.

Please choose one of the following secure ways to pay for your car rental:

• Reserve: Book via website or WhatsApp with your flight number and passenger count.

• Pre-confirmation Call: We call you 30–60 minutes before arrival or pick-up.

• Free cancellation: Up to 4 hours before scheduled pick-up.

• Late cancellation (< 4hr): 50 % of quoted fare.

We believe in best value for the money/investment. We do not have any hidden costs, all the cost
our clients need to bear clearly mentioned in the agreement. Classification of charges are below:
1. Body rent daily basis
2.Body rent monthly basis
3.Pick and drop.
4. Full package according to customer’s needs
5.Drivers Salary (Daily/Monthly)
6. Driver’s allowance such as overtime, mobile bills, overnight stay and meal rate
7. Fuel/CNG/LPG/Diesel cost per KM
8.Bridge/Ferry tolls at actual
9.Parking charges at actual during your business/event.
10. Cost associated with any damage of vehicle will clearly mentioned in the agreement.
11. All applicable VAT and TAX or duties that may apply, as set out in the rental agreement.
12. All fines, penalties and other similar charges incurred by you or the drivers provided by you or
any such charges logged against the Vehicle during your period of hire as set out in the rental
agreement.
13. For the breach any of your other obligation under the rental agreement (without limiting any
other right we have), such sum as is necessary to compensate us for our loss or damage
suffered because of your breach, as determined by any third-party inspection.
